ABOUT THE ROLE & YOU
1. You will be reasonably computer literate, own your own laptop (or desktop) and your own Mobile phone.
2. You can communicate very well in English.
3. You will be required to input basic information into a web-based CRM (Customer Relations Management) Portal.
4. You will be contacting potential clients to market the RisezUp
Program.
5. You will be provided you with our VOIP Telephone systems in which to call potential clients
6. You will harvest your own leads, however full and easy guidance is provided on this subject.
7. To be considered for Commission based, Part-Time or Full Time salaried employment you will be required to meet basic KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) (in other words "Targets") in the initial 2 weeks.
8. Full training is provided and you will be required to provide your own time for such training and this MUST be done via Video Chat (preferably) on a Laptop/Desktop and WILL be via Google Meet.
9. A very healthy commission structure is in place and is paid upon a successful sale. A successful sale is a sale that is fully paid for by the client. It is envisaged that at least 5 successful sales can be made in 1 Day.

12. No travel is necessarily involved. The entire sales process usually takes no more than 15 minutes and sales are easily concluded via Phone, Face-Time, or other Video Chat portals.
13. Naturally ongoing training, support and services from our company is extended to our Staff and Clients.
